First hour of a service call to address any plumbing, heating or gasfitting related issue. Every consecutive hour charged at a reduced rate of $100/hr.
Hot Water Tank Install
Starting at CA $1250+GST
Initial install or replacement of a standing hot water tank. Base price of $1250 is for a 40 gallon electric. If your tank is natural gas or propane, or larger than 40 gallons, it costs slightly more. Please call, text or email for an exact quote.
Furnace Service
CA $250
At the end of summer every year, every furnace or other central heating equipment should be inspected, have air filters replaced, and be cleaned out in preparation for the coming heating season. We cover this for you for a base price of $250+parts+GST.
Furnace Replacement
Starting at CA $3900+GST.
Initial install or replacement of a forced air furnace. Base price of $3900 is for a furnace with easy access where the plenum requires limited or no adjustment to fix onto the new furnace. Removal of old unit is included. Please email us photos for exact quote.
